As I mentioned in my previous post: Autodesk Photofly (http://labs.autodesk.com/utilities/photo_scene_editor/) creates a 3D mesh using a collection of images of a certain object, in this case, Stitch. The program lags like hell on my laptop, but the result is just awesome.
